One of my old officers asked me today to stop farming guys in his alliance. I agreed, and seeing that they are a good strong alliance here in perg floated the idea of a NAP. They seem to be all for it, so I said that I would ask you guys what you think about it.

Please state how you feel, and if we want to go ahead we need to send a diplo over there.

quick question who are they?

An alliance run by one of my old officers. They are a new alliance, but have about a dozen members here in perg - and that is the reason it would be a good idea to make a NAP with them.

I approve, only need at least one more one more member of the High council to approve and we are set, and we will need a diplomat on this issue.

go to themn and offer our conditions of that we will not become involved in any of their wars against one of our other allies. and then ask them for their conditions and that should be it. if they have many conditions first run them by me or Mil. that is it otherwise.
