City of Evil was born (if my memory is correct) from the collapse of the SWAT Empire (due to forum introducing limits on army size that resulted in all the stronget members being kicked into main). I was in SWAT at the time and was friends with the origional guys that formed that alliance. They are a good set of guys and I was asked to join them many moons ago when they first formed (but I rejoined the EPA).

This is a great alliance for us as they are certainly one of the strongest alliances in Perg and together we form the strongest block in this part of the game. Certainly it will be of great benefit for us to become as closely tied as possible to them.

Some of the People I started with in CoE are from DBZ. Tolgron is my sons CO. DG introduced me to them. They are honorable. Lets just not get on there bad side....
